Title: Melees Melees

Series: Chronicle

Writer: P E Leody

SYNOPIS

PAGE 1

This is a story about a badger (Meles Meles) though it is written and illustrated to deceive the reader into thinking it is about a girl named Brenda. Central to the story and the page divisions is a 'Tree' running up the side of the page with it's branches running horizontally dividing frames. It also appears being planted and as a stump.

Brenda's Grand Daughter is laying daffodils on a tree stump, it is the end of the 'Tree' that is planted in the next frame. This frame bookends the story with the final frame on page 5
